There’s something about summer that always has us craving fresh flavors and cool cocktails. PM Fish and Steakhouse has been anticipating exactly that with the release of their new cocktail menu. This Argentinian restaurant is slightly off the beaten path when it comes to Brickell hotspots, but it’s traditional cuisine with a modern touch (think: puffed potato “chips” with cheese sauce served in a potato chip bowl next to your perfectly cooked steak and veggies) has us hanging out for lunch and dinner – and now most likely happy hour.
From 4pm to 7pm Monday – Friday cocktail are 50% off and there’s a bar bites happy hour menu featuring the delicious Argentine cuisine with items like Beef Empanadas, White Fish Ceviche Spoons and Roasted Toast of Tuna Tartare ranging from $3 to $4 each.
We stopped by recently to check out their all new cocktail menu and it didn’t disappoint. The new menu features six summertime cocktails. Each one is almost more refreshing than the next.
Chipotle-infused Zignum Mezcal, St. Germain liqueur, lime juice, simple syrup, hibiscus flower garnish
PM Moscow Mule:
Lust Vodka, Domaine de Canton (French ginger liqueur), ginger honey reduction, lime juice, ginger beer, mint leaf garnish
Los Apostoles Gin, ginger honey reduction, lime juice, soda, grapefruit garnish

Stop by PM Fish and Steakhouse – grab a drink at their garden bar and prepare to feel whisked to a quieter land far away from all the day to day hustle and bustle of Brickell, even though you’re just a few feet away.
