British businessman and restaurateur Richard Caring will open the highly anticipated Sexy Fish Miami in Brickell during the autumn of this year.
Its sister restaurant, Sexy Fish London, is located in Central London and attracts a notable crowd.
According to its official press release, Martin Brudnizki Design Studio designed Sexy Fish Miami to have a “glamorous and opulent” look. Its décor will include ten artworks by Damien Hirst and an installation by Frank Ghery consisting of 26 fish lamps. Not only will Sexy Fish Miami have an impressive fish tank housing live coral and tropical fish, but it’ll also have a ceiling adorned with gold.
Curated by Chef Director Bjoern Weissgerber, the menu will serve diverse dishes “inspired by the seas of Asia, with a focus on Japan.”
Sexy Fish Miami will keep signature dishes from the original location like the Duck Salad, Smoked Tuna Belly, King Crab and Bone Marrow, and many more. Its bar will also be home to the US’s largest Dom Perignon selection, in company with Opus Wines and a mouth-watering cocktail selection, like the Popcorn Old Fashioned, Faith in Paloma, and Son of Gibraltar.
Guests will get to enjoy Sexy Fish Miami late into the night, as it’ll be offering late-night entertainment with a DJ and select food and drink options.
